How to get my AC3 season pass to show up on my Xbox Series S

I had originally purchased the all digital copy of AC3 on my Xbox 360. Recently I got a Series S, I had downloaded the version of AC3 I had already previously owned. I then decided I wanted to try and get the Tyranny of King Washington DLC, looking at the store thru the AC3 game I saw the season pass and bought it. I got charged to my PayPal and never saw it show up in the game anywhere. I figured out somewhere it said to go into the "Manage Apps and Games" area and you would see the season pass and you could manually install it. I did that but yet it still won't show up in my game anywhere. I'm a out of luck?
