    You do get extra EXP, yes, but only in the way that your combat skills will be in use more and level up more quickly.

    .

    If you don't want to get rolled by a Dragon, you'd best get some practice in and figure out how you want to level.

    Rings are based on how active you are in the program. So the more active you are, you might be able to move up.
