    My son was given a hundred dollars to pre order Call Of Duty WWII. Needless to say he got permantly banned. Now xbox support says they cant do anything because of the band. But there is no phone number to talk to enforcement and every thing about enforcement
    is very vauge. I personally dont care if he gets the account back. that would teach him a lesson. But what i do care about is the money and how to get it back? So can someone from enforcement please contact me. Thank you

    Generally digital games cannot be refunded. However you can contact official billing support to see if they can accommodate you. support.xbox.com/contact-us

    http://enforcement.xbox.com but per the terms of service you agree to when you sign up, you forfeit anything on the account if it is banned.

    I recommend you look at your subscriptions and ask for a refund, but these are the consideration of xbox if they do or not, since it is your mistake.
