How to get Microsoft service for "xbox 360 S", I have issue with Console.

I have issue with my "Xbox 360 S console".

When I tried to rise "service request", I got message "There are no service options available. For further assistance, contact us."

I went to "contact us" which is "https://support.xbox.com/en-IN/contact-us"

After selecting all options on "Contact us" page, I see message "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

How can I get help from Microsoft.

I followed steps as mentioned, now I see this:

"Cant read the update from your storage device. Please reinsert it to continue the update.
Status code:4099-40A3-2680-0f00-c000-0034"

if you find its a hardware issue then im afraid microsoft no longer repair the 360

My Xbox after power on, immediately shows E68 error. My network connections are fine.
