    Hey Sernhu! Can you confirm that you tested the console with component or AV cables instead of HDMI? If these work and the HDMI doesn't, you may need to adjust the console's settings or even get a replacement HDMI cable. Please let us know, thanks!

    Headset Audio Problem

    Nevermind, I found out the headset requires an AV cable for audio so you have to break off the plastic on the AV cord and use it with the hdmi. But does this affect the performance of the hdmi and how does the xbox know to use the hdmi cord and not the AV
    cord?

    thanks. What you said did work as I tried AV cables instead of hdmi and it worked. I think my hdmi port on the xbox is messed up.

    Xbox turns on but my controllers won't connect to it and tv?

    Use the AV connection then switch back to HDMI.
