Thanks for replying. I have waited for one and even got one with another longer thing that i had to fill in. That was over a week ago still nothing. The whole situation seems a little ridiculous. It surely can't be impossible to get hold of an actual person who would take one look at this, see what has happened and sort it?

Is there anyway you could help me because I have made a request and it has been several days and no response for my other account
