How to get Elite extras back after replacement?

Ah, that must be incredibly frustrating! Most of the time, when you're sending something in for repair/replacement (with most companies), they don't want any of the accessories, cables, cases, or other pieces, but it's not always clearly marked. I had a
friend experience the same problem with their phone company!

The best thing to do is continue to try and contact support. I've been able to speak directly to a person a couple of times, but getting there can be a little tricky--especially with the support pages under construction.

I would visit this page, then hit "Contact Us" and fill in the fields. Another good resource for finding stuff is the Virtual Agent; in general, I've found that if it
can't solve my issue, it can show me who can.

I wish you the absolute best of luck. I don't know if it will even be possible for you to get your original stuff back, but you might be able to send back the replacement and get a full kit. It's gonna be super inconvenient for everyone involved anyway.

Thanks for the response. The options I select say “phone calls and chats are not available for this issue.” I don’t know how to get to a real person!

Change your category and topics until it gives the option for chat or phone.

Unless you bought extended warranty like ms complete or gamestop replacement which is extra
