How does linking a new account to the xbox get the original epic fortnite details carried over to the new account?

I've created the new account - I believe you suggest to link this one to the xbox but then ...

I don't understand why we need an origin account, the case says "xbox live account" but nothing about anything else.. We can't get past the origin login screen to create a new account..

If your account was linked to a different email address, it could mean that your original email address was removed or replaced. How did you manage to get your account back? Maybe you have created a new account?

You can change the email associated with your Origin account, but you need to have access to it first, so if you don't know how to access to EA Origin and you also can't access the email associated with it it would be harder to do so.

First try to gain access to Origin, if you can do it, you can create a new Microsoft Account and associate your Origin account to it.

I've already downloaded EA access, but I must create a Origin account though to get full access to EA Access.
