    How to get back to my family ?


    PLEASE HELP ME!

    I removed my account from my xbox 360 family (me and my mother), and when i try to get back to the family it gives me an error, saying that I cant connect to xbox live.

    And if I dont get back to the family, I cant use xbox live in my account.

    Hey , I just bought nba 2k18 from Xbox live but the problem is the game can't go further than the first quarter without sending me an error message saying the the CD can't be read even though there is no cd... I've tried time and time again to make it work
    but it won't, I would like to know how to get my 21$ back. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the forums

    .

    I have some things for you to try, and I will also post support articles that will also help with what steps I am asking you to do in order to try and fix this issue that you are having with your Xbox Gamertag.

    .

    The first thing I will ask, is. Are you connected to Xbox Live. Please test your Internet connection to the Xbox Live network, by following the instructions in this article. Please follow the link bellow

    support.xbox.com/.../connectivity-solutions

    .

    If you are connected to Xbox Live, and then next thing to do is clear your system cache. You can do this by following the instructions in the link bellow

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    .

    After you have done this, please could you try Downloading your profile again. You can do this by following the instructions within this article, bellow

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    .

    I hope all of this helps with your issue, please post back any results you have
