    kicked back to home screen.

    I think it might be an odd bug. As mine has done this a few times also. Even when launching a game it did it once. As long as its not happening every five minutes and is just once in a while its not two bad. Keep an eye on it and if it is doing it all the
    time, then maybe think about calling support.

    hi people..

    I am expericing a problem that is every game I play ( battlefield 4, dead rising 3, Forza 5 and killer instinct) I am in the middille of a game or on the menus and I get kicked back to the home screen with no warning.

    I am hoping its not a hardware/software problem.

    please answer.

    After you reset did you leave it at that? Or did you still setup your TV etc as well. Getting tired of not being able to play BF4 because of this, it us happening pretty much every other game.

    To add to the fix, make sure you restart your router.

    if the splash screen is the leading screen then no he cannot get past this, clicks on it to load and it flicks back to home screen
