How to get back these accounts?

On december 7 two accounts on my console were permanently suspended because a group of players who griefed me for yaers spam reported me. Somehow it caused the other account to get suspended too even though that account is not used for the last two years. These accounts never had discilpinary atcion in all the years they were active then were permanent suspended. The same ones who reproted me have harassed the heck out of me for at least five years they pick of me becuase I am deaf and dyslexic and other raesons I will not go into here. I reported them so much over the years but they have so many accuonts and hundreds of them are in the group. I will greatly apprecaite advice I hope soemone out there can help. And if all you can say is the xbox enforcement team is not unfair plaese do'nt bother to reply because yes they did be unfair (on accident I assume). This was acknowlegded twice by Xbox customer service. They said the same ones who spam reproted are the same group who harassed me for so long. My dad he recorded the last conversation with customer service so we can prove it. No one is perfect and can make mistakes. That includes the enfrocement team. We are not looking to hold anyone accountable but want to get back the accounts. We have no hard feelings but want them to make the accounts not suspended because this is a horrible injustice. Since this is not fair we are not asking for specail treatment We just hope for fair treatment. Always I try to be polite and treat people with kindness I never harassed anyone in my life. This makes me feel vrey sad they did this to my accounts when I am the vitcim. They just ignore us when we try to contact them. We tried so many times for so long. I hope someone at Xbox will see what happened and do the rigth thing. Thank you.

Thank yuo for the reply. Unfortunaetly we have been through that and have tried everyhting already. I was hoping there might be soemthing else we can do. Customer supprot already told us why the suspensions happened on the phone. My dad spoke to them many times and we have been trying for months to communicate with the enfrocement team. The group of players who griefed me for so many years did this just to harm me. I am not sure why they ignore our emails and I wish there was a way for us to reach someone in upper management. Still I apprecaite you taking the time to reply.
