Hello, can i get back my money for forza horizon 3 game? i've bought it to play on PC, but it's awful. not optimized at all! it's not good for me play just on xbox, so i want miney return.

How to get minecraft back

I uninstalled my minecraft xbox one edition and now i cant find the game anywhere to install it again. This shouldnt happen considering i bought the game and have already redeemed the code. The only minecraft version the xbox says it has is minecraft live,
which is a terrible version of the game. I just want my game that i payed for back.

Unfortunately if you got the Better Together update there is no way to go back to the old version of the game.

Generally digital games cannot be refunded. However you can contact official billing support to see if they can accommodate you. support.xbox.com/contact-us

I recommend you look at your subscriptions and ask for a refund, but these are the consideration of xbox if they do or not, since it is your mistake.

Do keep in mind that refunds are case by case basis so Microsoft could refund it. If it's purchased on GTA Online directly you may also have to talk to rockstar as well. I know they are nonrefundable too.
