I tried to buy an xbox liv account for my son, but when trying to pay with a credit card I need to say in which US State I live. As I dont live in the US, that's not an option. Then I tried with paypal, but while paypal says its successful, microsoft says
they cant verify the paypal account. So now it seems like I did give permission to microsoft to detract the costs from my paypal account, but I still dont seem to have an xbox live account... What to do?

Xbox One App Questions

In order to to get the live stream of ESPN, you need a subscription to an approved TV provider, like Dish or Direct.

Or, at least the password and log in info for a friends account.

Wait...you use his log in, at your house? Isn't there something in the TOS about not using TV apps outside of your house?

I used to have Time Warner and we weren't allowed to use the phone app or the Xbox 360 app outside of the house.

^^ It's not illegal, but it definitely is against Xbox Live's ToS. Using third party software is a big "no no".

Basically, using outside means to modify/create worlds in Minecraft can, and possibly will, get your Xbox Live account banned.
