    How to get a xbox unbanned


    I'm currently trying to contact xbox enforcement team as my little cousin has had his xbox banned for purchasing fifa points through the internet and not through the Microsoft store. He is only 12 years old and I thought to ban his account was extreme. we
    have tried to contact the enforcement teams through there websites however haven't had any luck, you need to have the login in details to log onto the website to actually get in touch with the enforcement team. The problem we are having is that my cousin has
    forgot his password to his account?

    His gamertag is :JamesA LFC 05

    Has anybody ever had this problem and got to the bottom of it? Surely you can contact xbox through a different method other than through the case review. Please if anyone with any information could get in touch it would be greatly appreciated as we do not
    want to have to swap to playstation.

    i have got banned but i dont know what i did wrong i putted my account on my formatted usb and played with it becouse i dint want to loose it

    and i started up my xbox and i was banned for 9999 years

    How to get unbanned?

    I was I think falsely banned for harassment because my account was stolen by some dude in China and they messaged a bunch of people and I think they reported me and now I’m banned for 14 days. Can someone reach out to me please?

    You can always check through the Halo support, but unfortunately nobody here can assist you with getting unbanned on Halo MCC. I've never heard of anyone being banned because their game froze up though.....

    Bungies system was pretty strict back in the day and 343i have a pretty solid stance on it too.

    As others have suggested to wait it out and use the link provided above to contact them.

    Its unfortunate that the system picked up on this in error as it was no fault of your own, however they have the system set that way to pick up on people using network manipulation and other forms of cheating. Did it give you any information on the duration
    of the ban?

    Halo was always been know to be aggressive with network manipulation. That's one of things I have always liked about the series is their stance on anti cheating. Unfortunately it looks like your issue mimics network manipulation. I don't believe Halo has
    an appeal process. You might just have to wait it out.

    You should never post your personal information on a public forum.
