    Cannot rendeem FIFA 14 code

    HI,

    I just bought FIFA 14 for XBOX 360, in it there was a rendeem code for getting 4 gold FUT's packages.

    When i try to rendeem the code it give me the following error message:

    An error occurred while completing this operation
    XBOS-4000
    5ffefac6-b0d3-41d6-bbe0-2797e266c585
    2014/05/11 - 13:46:36 UTC.
    What can i do?

    I'm not sure anything can be done, since the content belongs to your friends account now.

    The only option you have is to contact Xbox Support by Phone or even have you friend contact them (or both) and explain the situation.

    Is that the code for the player packs? I had the same problem but after a while playing on the game, I found that in the game already automatically. I found that as a free player package in the FUT games.

    From FIFA14, there are two codes, the other ones I found that as a "gamer patch" from the dashboard. If you have placed the game into the console, then search for FIFA14, you will see that a patch is available download for free, this patch I'd a for the
    24 classic players.

    A lot of users have been getting that error message, but are still getting there content. Check your download history, you may have it. It just might need downloading.
