how to get a refund?

hello, I bought the new Fifa 20 with Microsoft gift cards for Xbox one, after the purchase though the game still will not open and I keep getting a notification that Xbox is not connected.

Any help?

and my boradband can not be better no matter what I do I am 3 hours away from the main hub or whatever ADSL2 has a max of 25Mbps 3 hours away I am told I am lucky to have 13.6Mbps I still have a few months still fiber is in my town the most of the world
is not as fast with internet as the U.S there like was 17th while australia is alot lower may be even more lower in a few years with this guy running australia now until we kill him.
