    How to get a refund on a digital movie rental?


    Did a digital movie rental on the App Vudu. For 20 minutes straight, it never would start and give me a "network error message, check back later". Restarted both Xbox One and Router to ensure nothing on my end was wrong. Even went on the Wifi and Computer
    to confirm connection was solid.

    Going thru the Xbox environment trying to submit for a refund has been challenging to say the least. Any insight on how to submit for help or refund?

    I am not angry over the used disc policy and neither should you

    I don't think Gamefly will be doing physical rentals. I think rentals will go digital, files that delete themselves after a set period of time. Like the movie rentals XBL has had for years.

    And here's what I found on the terms of sale page. Seems they have a loophole for no digital content refunds no matter the issue.

    Digital goods like apps, games, add-on content, subscriptions, movies, TV shows, and books aren't returnable unless the offer or applicable law states that you're eligible
    for a refund.

    Seems like a shady business practice.

    For posterity and future customer searches: Spider-Man Far from Home or Spiderverse movie rentals on Xbox 360 comes with narration for the visibly impaired with no known solution to turn it off. Microsoft Store will not refund your money.
