    How to get a refund for digital Tom Clancy's The Division 2?


    I'm trying to get a refund for a digital copy of The Division 2, but Microsoft's refund process does not allow me to get through it. The options given in that process are not representative of my situation, so my request gets discarded everytime.

    This game runs terribly on my Xbox One Day One. The textures and objects constantly load within a 15-30 seconds delay, everything is blurry and I also encountered major framerate drops. This game is installed directly on my hard drive, being the only game
    on it, as every other games are on an external hard drive. I'm basically having the same problems as Ps4 Pro users, if you look up some videos about it.

    I want a refund as this whole experience has been a complete let down since it's release on last Friday. I've never seen a game run so bad it's unplayable.
