    How to get a refund for cyberpunk 2077


    I bought cyberpunk 2077 on 09/12/20, played the game for a few hours game is awful, crashes, glitches all the time, games doesn't load in, graphics are appalling.
    Gave the developers time to fix the problems as I kept reading they would as alot of people having the same issues.
    Went to work offshore 29/12/20 returned home 2 days ago and the game is still awful, and I want a refund as the game is unplayable.
    There is no where I can go on purchase history or speak to someone in Microsoft to get a refund

    My refund was approved - however I still haven't received my money 2 weeks later.

    I appreciate the response. How long would you say is a reasonable waiting period if we're being conservative?

    I've previously refunded Cyberpunk 2077 and my money was returned in the same week.

    Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

    Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

    How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

    We were ALL cyberpunked.
