    Hi,

    I received a shipping label via email and didn't realize it as I never use that email address. So the shipping label to ship in my broken controller now is too old and I need a new one. I can't contact microsoft for help, so need someone from the support team to issue. a new shipping label. Nothing in the dashboard (screenshots attached) seems to have an option for this.

    Can someone please help? I seem to be going in circles trying to find an answer to this. xbox

    First my mic on my headset stopped working after an update in april...now my controller is drifing up.

    If you contact xbox support you can process a claim and they will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return your mic to them and they will send you a new one or tell you how to fix this one.

    Sent my Xbox One X in for a minor noise repair under warranty - UPS dropped off a pancake at the dock. HELP

    Well, I had to get in touch with a supervisor, they finally instructed Repairs to file a claim with UPS since it is their shipping label and not mine.

    We'll see how it goes I guess.

    Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.

    I was given a case number to follow up with Microsoft support

    I had a warranty claim which was approved but the shipping label was not sent to me because of a back end error. The case was cancelled and I was told the case would be re-opened and the label would be sent within 24 hours. This has not happened and I have not received any follow up from the support team.
