How to get a full refund if the edge browser isnt fixed.

The new edge browser for xb1 is broken and not fit for purpose.

inprivate saves cookies and fails to delete after session ended which can open pages that should have been forgotten when the app is opened later on. DATA is being collected and stored so inprivate does not work.

When clicking on a search field to type I will sometimes get a black screen.

I cannot open a blank page or set any page as home.

The curser dissapears which I can only describe as a dupilicate page covering the page I am on because microsoft is invading my privacy.

The browser takes a long time to load sometimes giving me an error url in the search bar.

I cannot select a drop box with multiple answers to click because if I scroll down the drop box I an unable to click an option.

And. the list of errors are endless.................. Another problem to add to my list of broken hardware.

Thanks for the broken edge browser, my life got easier to obtain a fefund if the problem is not corrected within 28 days as the contract I signed up to has been breached by microsoft.

edge mobile compatibility, where did it go?

how do i make xbox1 edge use mobile versions of websites now? the browser has no adblocker available and really really struggles with web pages formatted for desktops. if i can't use mobile versions of websites anymore you have effectively rendered the
system useless to me, as in the dust on my coffee table has equivalent value and i would like to request a full retail price refund. thx

 

EDGE CRASHING

Same problem. If I try and stream a video (anything on PBS.org for instance) I get booted to the home screen. No error code or anything. I have tried the Internet Browser app but this has the same problem. Power cycling does nothing and there is no way to
uninstall/reinstall Edge. How was this not immediately fixed?

 

They're not going to refund you for a free app.

I dont really care if microsoft wants to keep my history, I do not want the history automatically loading up when it shouldn't be saved on my device.

Keep up to date with technology laws and for this reason you're statement is incorrect and I can get refunded.
