    Hi kulajw,

    Thanks for posting, has this hard drive been used to store Xbox One games before? You may want to make sure the filesystem is set up properly and a format has been completed on the hard drive before transferring games. Here's how to do so:

    Thanks for your post. have you attempted to install the game on your PC's internal hard drive? Also, it may be good to re-format the external hard drive, ty following the steps on the following article to reformat your drive:

    Also, why isn't my profile card on this site showing all my recent Xbox One games? I'm seeing "recently played" games from my old Xbox 360, which I haven't had for years.

    No there isnt a way to format the HDD. And xbox.com has not been updated to show xbox one activity

    Xbox One stuff can be seen by going over to smart glass (I use it and love it). The site hasn't been updated to reflect Xbox One activity, apart from the total achievement count. Hopefully they get added at some point.

    If the hard drive seems to be causing the issue, data on the hard drive may be corrupt. To resolve this, you can format the hard drive and attempt to save content to it again, and see if it affects updates. To format a hard drive, check out this article:

    How to format a flash drive to NTFS on Windows    . The steps are the same for a hard drive, just be sure to select your hard drive for formatting over another device.
