    How to fix xbox that turns on and then turns off a couple seconds later?


    So I tried everything everything seems find.So heres the thing the past months its been whistling and freezing,being unrespondsive,heating up alot.I realized this morning it was on because I left it on lastnight on YouTube.Then I turned my tv on and realized
    the xbox was on but it wasnt on the tv screen.So now kinda worried on whats going on.

    could be anything from hdd, mainboard, apu. may have to go for repair.

    would be best, sorry of not been much help here but as it looks to be a hardware issue it can be difficult to diagnose.

    could be a software issue, try holding power and sync buttons together on startup until you hear the beep, if it gets to recovery screen it could be sfotware, you could then reset but keep games and apps to see if that resolves it.

    I just got done trying that,But the console the right off like after 5 to 10 seconds,So you have any idea what this could be and ik its not the fans or anything checked the fans and their not that dirty.
