I've been experiencing an issue where my Xbox Series X controller keeps disconnecting randomly during gameplay. It's becoming quite frustrating, and I'm looking for solutions to fix this problem. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution?

Here are a few steps I've tried so far:

1. **Updating the Controller Firmware:** I ensured my controller firmware was up-to-date by connecting it to the console and checking for updates.

2. **Checking the Batteries:** I replaced the batteries and ensured they were properly seated in the controller, but the issue persists.

3. **Re-syncing the Controller:** I attempted to re-sync the controller with the console by pressing the sync buttons but didn't notice any improvement.

4. **Testing on Different Consoles:** I tried using the controller with a friend's Xbox Series X to see if the problem was with the controller itself, but it worked fine there.

I understand that you have tried re-synchronization, but please try it with these steps:

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Pair your controller and console again.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
