    How to fix Xbox installation unknown hard error, error code 0x80131505


    So recently my Xbox app would open but it would be stuck on loading and then just go unresponsive on my pc so I decided eh ill just reinstall, and after I did, during the installation the download gets the error code 0x80131505 unknown hard error. After that, I decided to just try to download on the Microsoft store, but when I click on an app in the store, everything loads except the download button which looks like it's still loading and won't let me download.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
