How can I fix my usb ports on my Xbox series s when I first got my keyboard and mouse they worked perfectly fine when I plugged them into my Xbox but all of a sudden they have stopped working however when I plug them into my tele the mouse and keyboard both turn on in witch case the usb ports on my Xbox series s are playing up can anyone help please.

I'm sorry, Regan and if that still didn't work, we may need to get the console repaired. You can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices to check your warranty as well as creating an order.

I’ve done that and that still hasn’t worked I’m really not sure what it is

If this is happening with all of the USB ports at once, the issue can be with the software, let's perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Can you please try plugging in a different accessory on your USB ports? For example your controller, check if there will be an improvement.
