    im trying to open a xbox support tab because thats what gamepass told me to do but the support tab has not loaded at all and I havent been able to access my xbox gamepass on my pc for the past 2 months how do I fix this and can I mabe have a refund or another 2 months of gamepass if this doesent work because this has been so annoying for me

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    If the problem persists after this, it is possible that your console has a hardware problem, so it would be advisable to check if you have an active warranty to send it for repair. To do this, you must enter the following link and register your device:
