How to fix the Logitech G920? (Gas pedal is stuck)

So this is the second time I had this problem with the G920. Last year, I noticed that when I wanted to play ETS2 on my PC, the pedals were unresponsive and I couldn't find any way to fix it. In return, I bought a new one from Best Buy, but now I had the same issue. Unlike the first time, 2 pedals are responsive, the clutch and the brake pedal, but the gas pedal is stuck and no matter how many times I reset my Xbox while trying to play F1 2020, it doesn't work. I've tried doing things I found on youtube from Logitech themself and nothing has worked. I also even did a soft reset on my Xbox, but it doesn't work! The gas pedal seems to be stuck on 28 looking at the controls on F1 2020, but after that, the gas pedal doesn't work. I am extremely frustrated and I have no other option and see if someone has the solution to this.

The steering wheel has power coming from an outlet, it has no power issues. The steering wheel works well, the buttons work fine, but the gas pedal doesn't.

Sorry to hear your accessory is not working as intended.

I suggest if you believe your device is not working as intended, and you did not cause any physical damage to cause it, you should reach out to the original manufacturer to ask for a replacement or return it to the retailer you purchased it from.

You can also check if they have solutions or questions on their official support website.

Oh, and the Logitech G920 steering wheel and pedals work just fine with Need for Speed Payback (Steam). Just not FH5.

Hello I have a Logitech G920. I am also using the Logitech pedals and shifter, no aftermarket parts. I do have other games like Forza which don't have any issues regarding the wheel.

Hi OneDayOldPizza,

Apparently there is a problem with the wheel and pedals, you have to unplug and replug in the wheel basically everytime you start the game up.

That was tested with a logitech G920 though.
