how to fix the error -1073740791 in minecraft?

(I've already disabled Windows Defender, I've already formatted the PC and downloaded the game without installing anything, I've already disabled the firewall, I've already uninstalled Geforce Ready and the error continues (SPECS: GTX 980 rog strix 4gb & Ryzen 5 2600) happening both in Vanilla and with mods)

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand you are having issues with Minecraft keeps crashing with this error code: 1073740791. Upon checking my resources here, this error code is usually caused by outdated drivers (especially graphic card driver) or by having the D3DGear installed.
If you have D3DGear installed on your system, please uninstall it. Also, Minecraft had this issue with a version of the Nvidia graphics driver that was causing Java games to crash.

This error means the game's VRAM usage has exceeded the amount of VRAM available to your GPU. Try reducing your game's resolution, this will reduce VRAM usage. However if the issue persists, it may be time to upgrade to a new GPU with more memory.

Also on another note, that thread you linked me to is about a 2017 driver being faulty.

Most people now would not be using that driver so it shouldnt be the issue

All my drivers have been updated recently and i just checked again and they are still up to date.
