How to fix ps network login for Microsoft

It is possible that your Microsoft account is already linked to a PlayStation Network (PSN) account that you’re unaware of.

To give you a heads up, once a Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account, it cannot be linked to another PSN account, even if unlinked.

Here are the steps that we can perform:

Please log in to your Microsoft account and check if there’s any record of it being linked to a PSN account. You can do this under Settings > Account > Linked Accounts.

And if you have access to the PSN account it’s linked to, you can unlink it. In the game (e.g., Minecraft), go to Settings > Profile > Unlink Microsoft Account.

NOTE: Keep in mind that unlinking doesn’t allow you to link it to a new PSN account.

If you’re unsure which PSN account your Microsoft account is linked to, I am encouraging you to reach out to PlayStation Support: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/.

Mention to them that you needed help in figuring out what is the account linked to your PS account. They should be able to help you because they are trained to fix in-game issues like this.

I was able to login to live - fixed ?

PS : cannot play BF4 - quits ...

I got a problem where i cannot login to my Microsoft account on my ps4 even though i am already logged on to playstation network since the update on december 10th 2019. I was looking up on how to fix it but i didnt see anything to do with fixing this problem.
The problem is basically i cant automatically login and my microsoft account is linked to playstation network. And sorry if it set on xbox even though its about minecraft and playstation.

How about don't put your CC info on a hackable network?! Nothing is safe! I'll just be using a PS + /Network card

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the "PlayStation Network"

Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked on

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.
