    how to fix parts of ground not loading in hogwarts legacy?


    i am currently trying to start the ‘in the shadow of the mountain’ quest and parts of the ground won’t load in properly resulting in my character falling through the ground and under the map. i have come out of the game completely and back on again, restarted my xbox, and made sure i have definitely unlocked this part of the map that i am trying to reach.

    However, what I can suggest in the meantime would be to try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 30 seconds to see if that helps.
