How to fix packet loss on Warzone 2 servers? Specifically in DMZ game mode

Its not your internet.. its definitely Call of Duty. Its happening to me and all the friends I play with. Let me know if you find a solution. We play on PC

this did not work.

But I found an alternative solution that worked for a couple days but now back to the same issue
