    The problem is that every time i on my Xbox and hop on a game a few minutes later is loses sync and says I don't have a controller connected. I decided to use a USB and even though it might work and can still use the Xbox is self, but the internet goes off. You might say get a internet cable and plug into your Xbox but really, we paid for an Xbox to get the full result. I am not going to pay extra to get something to fix my Xbox. The sad part is that this Xbox is just a year old and I had this problem for half a year now, so it started having problems just 6 months ago. We have given it to Microsoft care centre to fix it since we had warranty for it but when we got it back it wasn't fixed, so we gave it to curry's (where we bought it) and surprisingly they haven't fixed it too. It isn't only me that is having this problem i heard that this was a problem for x/s for 4+ years now and not a single fix.

    I have tried factory resetting the Xbox itself removing all apps and games, clearing the whole system to start afresh. Still hasn't work. I updated the console and controller, it hasn't worked too, I have tried using a USB cable it hasn't worked, I have tried looking at the batteries and getting new ones and haven't worked. The main problem is that it isn't even the controller's (I have two of them) fault, I connected the controllers to my phone and decided to play games on the Xbox cloud gaming and for hours not a single problem with it. Now when I reconnect them to the console and go on a game, in a few minutes it starts to say you don't have a controller connected. I have also tried to re sync on the Xbox, but it won't sync it won't even flash too. It stays idle. I have tried every way possible. I am even shocked Microsoft couldn't even fix it, now my warranty ended so now I can't resend it back. Please give me all ways possible to help me fix my Xbox. There isn't a point of buying a console if it doesn't work. Right now, I am thinking of getting a PlayStation because of this. My friends have one and it doesn't do the same thing. Please help me fix it.

    Hello Daniel, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    That was quite a list of problems and I do apologize that you had to go through this. However, can you let me know if you used the app or brought over previous settings when you did the factory reset? If you did then you may want to try again and this time don't bring over the settings.

    Also, please let us know what your NAT is. You could also try turning your console off and unplugging it then unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there then turn the console back on when the internet is back up and running.

    It's normal. My Xbox Series X and Series S came well packaged and I didn't need to hit the bind buttons to sync the controllers.

    Try this procedure, hope it helps: Plug the power cord back into your Xbox Series X|S; Turn on the control; Press and hold the sync button on your Xbox Series X|S; Press the sync button on the controller until the time it starts flashing rapidly, then release it.

    Same here... When you turn on the xbox one x (didnt check if it happens with xbox one s) from the controller, about 5 seconds after that it looses sync to it and wont re-sync until you shut down the controller and turn it on again, tried it on 3 different
    consoles with 6 different controllers, all that happened after the last update
