How to fix my internet explorer app in Xbox360

What is the problem?

Would you mind elaborate it in details?

I set my internet explorer home page to weather... that's my fix for no weather app.

According to the E3 video's for Internet Explorer for Xbox360, we should be able to save bookmarks. Not sure about the other questions. However, this video of IE for xbox360 @ E3 gave me some idea.
