    My X-Box console was working fine, then 2 weekends ago my daughter went to turn it on and it wouldn't go past the X-Box green page and her wired Xbox controller doesn't work either. We have already tried unplugging the console and waiting 20-30 seconds and it doesn't solve the problem. I even tried using a different X-Box controller and still no change. What can we do to get it working again, she hasn't used enough storage for it to freeze up like it is so what do I do to fix it.

    My Xbox turns on, but it’s stuck on the green screen with the Xbox logo on it. Need help!!!

    I’ve tried changing the hdmi wire’s and unplugging it for 10 seconds. I’ve kept it unplugged for a day and still stuck on the green screen with the xbox logo.

    As above my xbox One cannot get passed the green loading screen? I have tried all the normal fixes Halting power button for 10 seconds, Hard boot with the power.

    Its still hanging..

    My Previous Thread about this issue has been locked for some reason even though the issue is still ongoing, if its locked how can I continue to inform other users having the same problems of my findings and solutions??

    Xbox takes 1 hr to go to green xbox screen then stays there

    My xbox when i turn it on is stuck on the green screen it its been like this for the last couple days(it takes a really long time to go green)how could i fix it im not able to play a select number of games that needs me to be on and the xbox isnt working
    Hey buddy most likely its a software issue. Call xbox support for help if its a bigger issue support will handle it. If the xbox has warranty you also have more options.

    Germany - same issue. Box starts into the Green screen, with initial sound, then stuck on the screen. Rebooted already 5 times, did unplug network & SPDIF but no difference.
