    How to fix Madden 23 update staying at 0%?


    I reinstalled Madden 23. When it goes to update it just sits a 0.0% for hours till it stops. I've tried reinstalling from both the disc and store. The full game and update. Still does it. Installed off line and on line... I need help... How can I solve this issue? I just want to play some Madden while recovering after my surgery... Please help.

    1. What is the edition of the game you have purchased? Is it Madden NFL 23 Standard edition for Xbox One or Standard Edition Xbox Series X|S?

    2. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far in your end?

    3. Are you able to download or install other games?

    For the meantime, here are the troubleshooting steps that we can perform:

    1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to download the update. You can try resetting your router or modem to see if that helps.

    2. Clear the cache on your Xbox: Clearing the cache on your Xbox can sometimes help with update issues. To do this, press and hold the power button on your Xbox until it turns off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox and wait for 10 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on your Xbox.

    3. Delete and reinstall the game: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try deleting the game and reinstalling it. Make sure to delete all game files, including saved data and settings.
