How to fix “looks like you already own this” error

With regards to this issue, have you tried to relaunch the game before claiming the free minecoins? If the same issue persist, what I highly suggest is to report it to the Microsoft rewards team directly. You may submit a support request via https://rewards.bing.com/support

They are the ones who can check the rewards status such as the items you have claimed as there might be certain conditions per item that only they can check.

Well i did that i went to same direction but there isn’t any netflix app!!!!

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft. Kindly try performing a powercycle and then try again.
