How to fix game pass on pc not loading

We may need to reinstall the Gaming Services. Here are the detailed steps from Xbox support:

"1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

5. Restart your device."

I saw that my microsoft store was under a different email however after i changed that,

when i try to install or launch a game it shows up with gaming services needs to be installed even if i installed it already

This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if you can see your subscription from there stated as "active"?

Once confirmed, sign out on both Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in, make sure that it's the correct account.

I did all the things you said and when I try to play the game deathloop it pulls up a sign-in that works, starts loading the game and pulls up A black screen login that says that they can't sign me into live. ( video link attached below picture) 21H2 for my windows version. nat type:
