How to fix Forza Horizon 5 freezing seemingly due to (or causing) a LiveKernelEvent?

I do apologize if this isn't the right place to post this but I need help. Ever since the launch of the game, there has been eventual freezing about an hour or two into playing. It doesn't outright crash, but it stays still on one frame and the sound loops endlessly while still using the normal resources according to Task Manager (it doesn't register as not responding either). Today I have managed to open the Event Viewer during one of these freezes and found that at the time of the freeze, two Information logs were created from "Windows Error Reporting" with an event ID of 1001 at the same time containing the same things. Within the logs are as follows:

I was checking the official FH5 known issues, it seems that actually there's a bug that decreases performance on both AMD and NVIDIA graphics card

Probably that's the reason why after certain time the game starts acting strange.

I'll share with you the official list, almost to the bottom the bug appears:

If you want we could try couple things on your system, but I can't assure if the issue is going to be fixed

I have ended up on the known issues page back when I first encountered the issue in 2021, and I have experienced the performance change only when the screen is being recorded/streamed with something such as Discord or NVIDIA Shadowplay. It most likely isn't the same as these freezes, because they are very different when they occur. These freezes I have happen suddenly, with no early signs or drops in performance. The issue listed is more distinct, as the game does not crash but has a significant drop in FPS. I would like to try the other things for my system that you have in mind.

Hey Josef, thanks for responding.

This is only happening with Forza Horizon 5, and I am on Windows 11. I went through the Device Manager and tried updating the drivers through there, even though it says all are up to date (this may not be the case but I am unsure of how to properly update them). I also made sure Windows was up to date. The system has 16 GB of RAM. I have only looked online for solutions related to the P1 193 LiveKernelEvent itself for troubleshooting, which also mention to update drivers.

Any other troubleshooting suggestions would be great.

After near 2 hours of intensive play, the game has not froze nor had any performance issues. I think it's safe to say whatever was fixed by the scan was the issue. Thank you very much for the solution to this issue that lingered for months.
