How to fix Forza Horizon 4 freezing on Steam/WIndows 11 ?

I have tried all the steps you have suggested with these results :

1. For the CMD part, please take a look at the screenshots below :

2. I also did the Disk Cleanup on both my drives (the one where Windows 11 is installed, and the one where the Forza Horizon 4 Steam is installed).

3. As for resetting FH4, the Options and Advanced Options tab are greyed out. Could this be because it is a Steam game? For comparison, I also own FH3 and FH5, both were bought directly from the Microsoft Store and are not played via the Steam client, and I can access the advanced options for both games in Windows.

4. I have also tried contacting Steam directly for Support, but there is no support for FH4 on Steam.

5. I browsed the forums a bit and found that the latest Nvidia Geforce driver (526.47) is causing the game to crash after around 20 minutes of gameplay. I have tried the suggestion offered on said forum and installed the Studio driver 522.30 instead. It seems to have temporarily fixed the issue, but I still get a crash after around 1 hour of gameplay.

6. I have also attached the screenshot for the Teredo test below.

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Apps and Features in Settings.

Select the application you want to fix.

Select the Advanced Options link under the application name (some applications do not have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if available.

Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the PC

Unfortunately no. The Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 (only recently released on the platform) is a separate game to the one on the Windows Store. You can't transfer or get a 'key' to download it from Steam.
