How to fix File System Error (-1069587194)?

Randomly, or at least I believe it to be, my Chivalry 2 game stopped working. This is my only gamepass game that doesn't work. I don't know if I did anything to cause this but it is very frustrating. I have talked to chat, trying multiple fixes. Running CMD, PowerShell, registry editor and none of these solutions have worked. Most of these fixes have been aimed at Gaming Services. I have attached the error I receive. Any help will be very appreciated and let me know if there's anything else you may need.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Let’s try some steps that might help. Kindly make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).

Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)

Xbox Accessory Management Service

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.

ok so no, that didnt help, when i try to launch a game from the xbox app, I get a windows error: File system error (-2015294512).

This is the more recent error that I have been getting lately, it originally started displaying a MS error about "this game is not currently available for your account. Make sure you are signed into the store." Which has evolved to now be showing this file system error. I will note, I did fix this file system error, but then i just got the MS store error, I dont remember how i fixed the file system error, but Im pretty sure i just followed another forum, and then something broke it again. I think it broke again when i reset game services.
