    I linked my ea account to my xbox game pass after downloading a game. Now i cannot download anything, and keep getting that error code. Anyone know a fix? Ive tried everything, thanks.

    First, make sure that the correct EA Account, as well as Xbox profile, are linked successfully, please sign in to this link:

    Once confirmed, sign out on EA Desktop App and then clear the cache before restarting the PC and signing back in.

    Open the Start menu.

    Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.

    Select App Recovery.

    A confirmation window will pop up.

    Click Clear Cache.
