    How to fix error code 80151912 while playing an Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One?


    Whenever I boot up Modern Warfare 2 (2009) on my Xbox One, nothing seems to be wrong until I click on multiplayer, and try to find a match. The game tells me "You must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to play Xbox LIVE matches". I click ok, sign into my profile, and when I try to, it says "Your console can't connect to Xbox Live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress."

    Then gives me the error code 80151912. I made sure I'm connected to wifi, and I made sure I was able to play other games online, and I can. Please help me

    According to information obtained on the Xbox Support Twitter, they say that they are aware of this problem, in fact many users have reported this failure.

    They reported that it was already solved as mentioned by the person previous to this comment, but perhaps they presented another problem. It's all a matter of waiting, since any step I suggest is not going to work.

    I am having the same issue and same error code (80151912) when I'm running the Xbox 360 emulator on my Xbox series X.

    I can sign into Xbox live on my Xbox series x but not on the emulator running the Xbox 360.
