    How to fix error code 80151912 while playing an Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One?


    Whenever I boot up Modern Warfare 2 (2009) on my Xbox One, nothing seems to be wrong until I click on multiplayer, and try to find a match. The game tells me "You must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to play Xbox LIVE matches". I click ok, sign into my profile, and when I try to, it says "Your console can't connect to Xbox Live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress."

    Then gives me the error code 80151912. I made sure I'm connected to wifi, and I made sure I was able to play other games online, and I can. Please help me

    Many people are having this issue. Microsoft have not bothered to update us on it since claiming to have fixed it earlier today.

    I am having the same issue and same error code (80151912) when I'm running the Xbox 360 emulator on my Xbox series X.

    I can sign into Xbox live on my Xbox series x but not on the emulator running the Xbox 360.
