    Please try removing the local saved data for the game.

    To do this go to:

    • Settings
    • All Settings
    • System
    • Storage
    • Clear Local Saved Games
    Then reboot the console and attempt to start the game back up.

    Do not worry, your saved data is backed up in the cloud and will re-sync with the console once the game is launched.

    Please let me know if this solves the issue for you.
