    How to fix error 0x800401fb


    So I got on my Xbox and I couldn't go into any apps game also I couldn't login.

    I unplugged the power cable on my Xbox pulgged it back in and turned it on it took a second asked me for my password and started working fine. Hope this helps

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    if that does not help you might want to try a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed) see this link for the steps: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    Keep in mind that you will need the account credentials after a reset in order to download your profile(s) again.
