    How to fix double nat. My internet provider can’t fix it?


    My internet provider has been here tons of times and reset or swapped the router. But they don’t know how to fix me from having double nat. I can’t download and dlc or play with my friends.

    Please try the port forwarding method, you will need to open some network ports on your router settings. You can check the details from this link as a reference, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/Hardware-Ne....

    You will need to contact your Internet Service Provider if you are unable to open the listed network ports on your router settings.

    If that doesn't work, try setting up manual DNS settings on your console.

    1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

    2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

    3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

    Restart your console after setting this up and check if it sorts out the issue.
