How to fix dlc that I have bought.

Hello everyone, I have a situation regarding a DLC for a dragon ball Z Kakarot. So a while back, I purchase DLC for dragon ball Z Kakarot, and for some reason whenever I try to load up the save it tells me that I have missing content even though I already bought all DLC’s, and it mainly goes about the future trunks Dlc and that if I go to Microsoft store it will tell me to manage dlc cause I bought it but when I do go to manage, it would tell me it will say “app is not installed” which doesn’t make sense cause you know I bought the DLC before . And after that I can keep reinstalling and deleting it but it just won’t work. And I should also mention that I did originally beat the dlc when i was game share with somebody, it’s only now after buying it for myself it just won’t work. So I’m asking is there anyway to resolve this issue so I can go back to playing the game?

I made research about your question. I found this on the official website of Xbox store that Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is playable in Xbox One and Xbox Seies X|S.

I understand that you have an issue playing the Dragon Ball Z wherein the DLC encountered an error "app is not installed”. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

Is this working before?

You mentioned above that you already purchased the DLC of your game Dragon Ball Z and you encountered an error the app is not installed. The first thing that we need to make sure if the DLC you bought sync to your Steam game. You may follow the steps below.

Press the Windows key type Steam
Click on Library
Right-click on Dragon Ball Z then choose Properties
Then select the DLC in the windows that appears.

If you found out that the DLC is there, then still you are able to play the game. We can proceed to uninstall and reinstall the DLC to correct the issue. Please follow the steps below.

If the DLC is already installed, you need to uninstall it and follow the next steps on how to reinstall it.
Go to search type Steam
Go to Library select the Dragon Ball Z
Click on Manage DLC on the left side of your screen
Choose Enabled option under the DLC that you want to install
Once done, it should work normally.

Hello, is this to work on Xbox series s or for steam, I play on Xbox series s.

It still won't download and I download/buy any other dlc it's just the dlc from the pacific rim in game dlc store and that's how I bought the dlc but it just download so I'm thinking that the makers of pacific rim need to fix it
