How to fix disc not installing fully

Kindly check first if your storage has enough space for the game installation. If it has enough space, please try the steps below.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



Solution 2: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

I am getting this with every game. Horizon 2 is at 22% install even though I installed fully on Monday. Alien Isolation says the disc is not in and the same with destiny. It did this before but can't remember how it got fixed? I get the early updates so
it's probably that but don't know how to roll back. Think the update was the 7th?

It's fully installed. Playing with a disc.

i have the same problem, i can fully install one disc but not the other, for example if i install disc 1 it gets to 100%, then disc 2 gets to 30% before corrupting and restarting, and vice versa. each disc works fine and i've never had this problem with
any other game ever, anyone know what is causing this? its not my console or the discs themselves (they can both install fully on their own as long as the other disc isn't installed) so is it a problem with the coding?

At no point did i say it fixed the error, i said you bypass the problem.

I said "if he can install it", if he can the problem is bypassed as the disc does not need to be fully read ever again.
