How to fix continual green ship loading screen without the typical "lots of players playing...

This is the first and easiest way you should try to get Xbox One green screen fixed.

• Press and hold the Power button on the console for about 10 seconds.
• Then start console again.
• Xbox One will start appropriately without the green loading screen issue.

In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???

I cannot load Xbox Fitness. Stuck on green screen. What is the fix?
