how to fix "back" button on Xbox one Sport Blue contoller?

Your controller could be faulty. If it's still under warranty I recommend you to get in touch with the support:

If the firmware update didn't help, try to blow compressed air into the button. Maybe dirt got inside and prevents the button from registering button presses.

If that doesn't help, your only option is to go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and start a service request.

After signing in, select your Xbox One console (register it first, if not already done so), and in the first drop down menu, choose that you have trouble with an accessory.

In the second drop down menu, choose the type of controller you have trouble with.

Then follow the steps on the page. If asked for the serial number, you can find that inside the battery compartment.

Every button on my xbox controller doesn't work except the middle button which is blue, does anyone know how to fix this problem and I've changed the batteries and it still doesn't work
